Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store - Train and develop team members on company policies and procedures - Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times - Manage inventory and stock levels - Handle cash register and perform cash handling duties - Monitor and analyze sales performance - Collaborate with the manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets - Maintain a clean and organized store environment Skills:
- Proficient in Excel - Proficient in analyzing information in Excel - Basic math skills - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems - Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies - Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and manage paperwork - Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees - Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting - Exceptional customer service skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide assistance Note:
